This is exactly what it looks like--an insulated water bottle with a custom ice pack that leaves room for your refrigerated medication. I use it to carry vials of my injected meds, along with a few syringes, alcohol pads and gauze pads. Everything fits in nicely, and I've tested it's ability to hold temperature to more than 18 hours--everything remained cold to the touch. It's also nondescript--as I said it's basically a steel water bottle, so no one has to (or will) know that you're packing meds unless to choose to tell them. The included thermometer arrived broken, which appears to be the norm in several other reviews. I had read the reviews before purchasing and accepted that risk, so it wasn't so much a loss as it was a disappointment--but it would have been nice to have a functioning thermometer just to get a more accurate idea of the temps. But overall, this cooler functions perfectly, met me expectations and looks very nice as well so I'm not going to deduct a star for that.

I was going away for a week and needed a cooler for my 2 insulins and 1 medication. This product caught my eye as it said “TSA Approved”, which it was. I put my stuff in first, then the ice pack. It was still cool when I put them into the hotel refrigerator. Definitely recommend it❤️

This worked great. It is as described. Had no issues with US and EU airports. The gel pack worked well and kept cool for a long time. The fill with ice one has such a small hole that it was a real struggle on the days I had to use ice because I didn't have access to a freezer but I got it done and it did the job.

Worked like it was supposed to. I used the gel and kept it cool for 24 hours easy. Only had one shot in it but worked great. Going to try with 5 insulin needles next. If it doesn’t fit all I will update.

It does hold 2 unused Monjauro pens. I couldn't get it to work the way it showed in the product listing video. Found it best to first drop in one pen with gray cap in down position. Then drop in the gel pack. Finally drop in second pen with gray cap in up position. Case seems very sturdy and well made. Similar to the popular steel insulated tumblers. Has a nice flexible that feels comfortable to carry. Love the rich purple shade. Wanted this for potential longer trips to ensure safe transportation of my meds. Haven't tried it yet so I'm not able to rate the product's ability keep meds cool for 60H as mentioned in product listing. I was mainly looking for something that could keep things cool for at least 6 to 8 hrs. I think it should be able to handle that.
