Excellent product, didn't face any issues while installing and it shows accurate location and sends us the alerts time to time with no delay. Only disadvantage is that to use the all the features they are charging extra amount in the application for plus membership.

This is a very simple and easy to use product. I am using it as a tracker for my car. I have avoided using the engine shut down relay connection to avoid any possible unwanted malfunction or tampering with wiring. The setup was straight forward and hassle free. app is working as expected. The App nudges you to purchase their Ajas-plus membership which in my opinion is a dark patterns. There should not be be any unnecessary premium things. If one has purchased the hardware, paying for data and subscription for 2 years, there should be no strings attached for software features. Product is otherwise working ok.

I purchased the Ajjas GPS device, but it stopped working within a few months. I contacted customer support multiple times, and after a lot of follow-ups, they claimed the issue was due to the SIM card and asked me to replace it. When I told them I didn’t have a spare SIM, they sent one. However, even after inserting it, the device works inconsistently—sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn’t work at all. Overall, this has been a complete waste of money—not just for the device, but also for the recharge plan and installation charges. What’s worse is that even though the product is still under warranty, the support team is not providing a proper replacement. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Don’t waste your money. Dear Ajjas Support Team, I am extremely disappointed with the service and the device provided. My original device stopped working, and after making numerous calls to your support team, I finally received a replacement device. After recharging my account and installing the replacement device, I noticed that the device powers on and the light blinks for a few seconds, but then it turns off automatically. The only way to make it power on again is to open the device, remove it, and reinsert it. However, the same issue keeps repeating. This clearly indicates that the replacement device is also not functioning properly. I have also tried contacting your support team regarding this issue, but the support experience has been very poor and I have not received any satisfactory assistance. Given the repeated device failures and the lack of effective support, I no longer wish to continue using your service. Therefore, I request a full refund of my recent recharge amount and ask that you arrange to take back the defective device. Please process my refund at the earliest a

Genuine product and very useful and helpful

Price is reasonable. Product performance is good. But it glitches sometimes, my bike was parked and it was showing the location somewhere 500 meters away. Customer care can't do much as they will ask to send the product back for replacement but getting this installed only costed me Rs 700 and I don't want to pay this price again. But a good option among other Gps as they might also glitch sometimes.
