Just what I needed to fix my 28' Werner ladder

Unfortunately these did not fit my older extension ladder. They fit one of my newer models but I did not need to replace those. Return was easy. Great customer service.

Fast shipping my husband found a YouTube video how to fix his ladder and you know ladder are very expensive so he was able to save his ladder with this part that when coworker notice he had ask my husband to fix his as well and we did we had to order a second part again and the product heavy duty easy to install and great price to save a 300 dollar ladder I think it was a 40 ft ladder my husband need fixing

I’m a gutter installer. My previous ladder lock kit worked perfectly fine for 6 years. But this lock kit I purchased and installed on my ladder got stuck in less than 3 weeks, and then the two black plastic clips went missing. I want to have a better one ☹️

The product is decent overall, but it didn’t fit my old ladder perfectly. It was a bit tight on the rungs, which caused some jamming. It’s not truly universal as advertised. However, I was able to use parts from this one to repair my old ladder, and in the end it worked out.

Good product ease of assembly build quality

Didn’t really fit my old ladder was a little too tight to the rungs causing it to jam! Not exactly universal but I was able to hide the parts of this one to rebuild the old ones so it worked out in the end
