A beautiful, beautiful book for anyone
What a beautiful book. Iโm never really one to enjoy these books but Nicolaโs story is so relatable; even though my challenges are not the same as hers, the way it makes me feel is exactly how Nicola describes the battles she has faced and the way she explains how yoga has helped her, and why, is so supportive and motivating. The book is written in a lovely style and isnโt intimidating or too wordy- all the terminology is explained simply. The sequences are clear and accessible for a beginner like me, and the guide at the back for how to do each pose is brilliantly detailed with variations for those who canโt manage the more challenging poses. The self love activities at the beginning of each day are not too โfluffyโ and are very simple to work through. Each day has a lovely predictable structure but with enough variation that you donโt lose interest. I would thoroughly recommend this book for anyone who enjoys yoga or who is looking to start before going to a class, even if the anxiety aspect is not a challenge you face. I adore this book and it has not been put away since I received it. Iโve finished the 21 days now but I still keep going back to some of the days that I found particularly helpful. There are also separate sequences such as โYoga for sleepโ or โyoga for more energyโ and these are great to choose from too. My favourite is the sleep sequence and this is something that has really improved for me since practicing yoga regularly. The video for the Thrive Sequence in Nicolaโs website is clear and easy to follow. I couldnโt recommend this book any more highly. An absolute must for anyone experiencing anxiety, lacking in confidence or just exploring yoga.

Absolutely wonderful
I have one of Nicolas books already so when I realised she'd written others just had to get this. I am absolutely blown away!!! There are so many sequences in this, you get one for each day in the 21 day journey and there are extras too! I am so pleased with this because I am getting bored of doing the same sequences at home all the time but with this book, I'll never get bored because there are so many! She writes beautifully and is very insightful and I can already tell this is going to inspire me back into doing yoga every day. Absolute necessity if you're an at home yoga fan and need a bit more clarity and support. She also provides insight into how yoga can help with mental and physical health conditions/ailments which is very helpful. Cannot recommend this enough. Side note - my only criticism is the book came slightly damaged but that's obviously not the writers fault and it won't stop me from using it!

This book is FANTASTIC - both for someone completely new to yoga or a more experienced yogi. Iโm currently doing my 200 hour yoga teacher training course and have found this so useful and informative! The images and sequences are super easy to follow. I also love how the sequences have been developed to address emotional, as well as physical below . This is one of the BEST yoga books I have ever come across, superb value for money and an amazing opportunity for yoga development and emotional transformation in just 21 days! Good book for slimmer people
I like it. Good looking easy to understand but being overweight I cannot get into many of the positions comfortably. Wish there were some easier versions. Hoping, I can do them when I lose weight

THE BEST YOGA BOOK EVER!!!!
Excellent book. Bought it initially for my daughter (in her early 20s) who has considerable mental & physical health issues & who has been practicing yoga for a couple of years. The book has got plenty of solid nurturing advice & offers a guided framework to develop yourself & your yoga. Lots of clear precise guidance on yoga routines, poses & lots more. I was so impressed with it that Iโve bought a 2nd copy for myself, Iโve been practicing yoga for 30yrs & am open to improving or refreshing my practice & approach to life, as well as help my daughter by developing a common language through this book. Wonderful book, at a bargain price, I heartily recommend it to anyone interested in their health or yoga & my daughter agrees

Good value for money but Iโm surprised it says for beginners to yoga.
I would not recommend some of the poses for a beginner to yoga! I say this as Iโve been practising for a few decades and have met many different types of beginners! (Itโs fine if you have the strength to begin with). Lovely writing style and ideas though and well laid out. Clear instruction and obviously thought through. For the price itโs good value. I can see how it would suit a younger audience maybe but I felt a bit dissapointed as the reviews looked great but personally it wasnโt for me.

I feel like almost every person has something to learn from it
Nicola is such a blessing for our world. And this book is about so much more than Yoga. I feel like almost every person has something to learn from it. Even before doing any of the yoga practices, I read her life lessons for each day from cover to cover. As someone who has struggled with anxiety, depression and the whole lot, I found the guide greatly practical and inspirational. It is a gentle call to action, a validation of a better way. Nicola uses her knowledge of Yoga and Psychology and takes us on a journey of personal growth. If we all ventured on this journey, we might find ourselves living in safer, warmer and a more loving world. I greatly recommend this book!

Fabulous!
Whether youโre new to yoga, meditation and self care or have experience, I highly recommend this book. It is carefully considered, easy to follow and something youโll refer back to time and again. I really enjoy the practices offered as they are easy to fit into my busy life. I also love the pictures and the fact that this book is obviously written from the heart - it adds to the journey. There really is something for everyone and will inspire many to take more care of themselves.

Best Practical Yoga Book
Very good book on Yoga and additionally it covers topic of human psychology. The yoga images covered are marvellous. 21 day yoga practice concept is superb. The author possess excellent knowledge in psychology.

I love this book so much. I have others yoga books that I like too but this one is so special. I totally recommend it. I really enjoy doing the sequences and I love that each one is dedicated to something specific. The writing of the book is also so inspiring and loving. It's a good vibes book. Just love it ๐

The best 21 day plan I've seen.
I've purchased 21 or 30 day plans before but this one is above ALL others. Each day's program is on one page with more than a dozen poses per day, plus the bonus "thrive" flow. There are 20 days with the final day with place for personal inspiration. Also, there are 5 bonus flows for special days. The books has the pose demonstrations and instructions , but once you get familiar with them, you don't have to go through these pages each and every time. So annoying. This book is my inspiration for starting a daily yoga practice. I also have Yoga Gym but I like this one better because of not needing to flip pages.
