Very high quality
My only qualm is the fact that the pump doesn't reach the bottom. There's a good two inches of product that can't be sucked up and you have to refill it again for it to work. Annoying but I'll deal with it for the fact that I love everything else about it (:

Great for liquid detergent
I make my own liquid detergent and this works great and looks nice in the laundry room!

Perfect for my laundry room redo. I spray painted it because the bright blue detergent would have looked icky and clashed out everything. Came out great!

May not come with pump!
Everything arrived as expected EXCEPT it didn’t come with the pump. I contacted support and they sent me another right away. The replacement arrived in 2 days and came with a pump but the glass wasn’t wrapped in bubble wrap like the first was. The jar wasn’t damaged, luckily. I even read through the comments and saw one other person who didn’t receive a pump but it appears that’s just a gamble. Overall, I’d still recommend because of the price and quality.

Works great!
Very good quality! Got it for homemade laundry soap. My soap was a on the thicker side and I was concerned that the pump would break or wouldn’t work but it works fantastic!

No pump included.
Jars are fine. I have 2 issues with the product.1. The logo is imprinted on the lid. Not so cute for certain applications and crafting. It’s pretty large and textured, so throwing a label over it won’t work.2. I was another customer who didn’t receive the advertised pumps. I ordered 8 of these and not a single pump was included.1 star for the hassle of having to return these and reorder to get the pump as advertised. I have a sneaky suspicion that my replacement order will be sent without pumps and I’ll be looking at a different vendor for this item. Company doesn’t seem to read their reviews about previous pump issues. They should really get this fixed.

Nice quality, but it didn’t come with a pump
I was really looking forward to using this right away for laundry detergent, but when I opened it, there was no pump included! I’m trying to figure out what to do… the jug is really nice, so should I return the whole thing just because a part is missing? I can’t seem to contact the company, so I have to just return it I guess, and wait for the whole rigmarole to play out.
