Best headphones ever! You won’t regret these bad boys!
These Sound ore by Anker Q20i headphones are absolutely amazing. I am an earbud girlie all the way, but let’s be real, the noise cancelling effect is only in play when you’re playing music on your ears buds. In the other hand, these headphones, as soon as they just connect to any of my devices, provide the noise cancelling effect I was looking for! I wanted noise cancelling headphones to block out the noise of home - I have 3 kids that always have some sort of device and my fiancé who ALWAYS has the tv on and loud. I love that I can pop these on if if I’m not playing anything through them at the moment. - I also love the fact that they can be connected/paired to multiple devices. They are currently paired to my phone, iPad, and switch lite. I use these a lot to play music through my phone or while gaming on my switch lite. BONUS- you can simultaneously have these connected to 2 devices at once. Using them while gaming but also connected to my phone so I won’t miss an important phone call. The headphones do have specific sides R/L that are marked accordingly. If you out them on backwards, they still work BUT if you are trying to use the mic, it will drastically impact the ability for the other person to hear you- so just make sure you put them on the right way. - most headphones are EXTREMELY big on my head as I do have a smaller head- others would fall off the back of my head if I tilted it backwards or fly off the front when I sat up. These do not do that! Do they move some? Yes, but they are by far the best fitting headphones I have ever tried. -also, I have never been able to wear headphones around my neck because they always make me feel like I’m choking, these however don’t and are the first ones I have ever been able to wear around my neck when needing to pause use for a time. - The ear pads/pillows are SO comfortable, they literally feel like little pillow clouds on my ears. They are comfortable enough to lay down with while wearing and I mean laying on my side too. - the sound is incredible, the volume control is top notch! You can turn the volume up all the way if you like, but it’s really not necessary, and I have hearing loss on both sides. (See screenshot showing my perfect volume level with these) - There is an app you can download and adjust your equalizer to personalize it. I just use the Bass booster setting. - the battery life is amazing- far superior to my earbuds. I have only charged them once since I bought them yet and I have had them for nearly 2 weeks now. - these are actually my second pair as the first ones the band seemed as though it had been stretched out and had a pin hole in the ear pad. They replaced them super quick without issue. - they are very durable as previously stated with me sleeping on them. Initially I just tossed them into my bag, but I wanted to protect my investment (I normally don’t really spend money on myself) so I was even able to get a case for these! - oh, I almost forgot! I love how you can fold these too for storage! Makes it super nice for sure! If you’re in doubt, take the jump- I promise you won’t regret your purchase with these!

Worth EVERY penny!
Worth EVERY penny! They deliver on their claims IMO so far. Just got them the other day, I'll update if there is a problem... so far so GOOD! They deliver good sound quality for the price. They are comfortable for me to wear for an 8 hour shift at work. They seem well built, feel solid and sturdy. They fold up and rotate, so they fit in my backpack well. They are comfortable and not too tight on my head, but stay in place while moving. They are over the ear, so they don't bother my ears at all. The cushions are soft and feel good around my ears. The materials seem to be of good quality for the price and the battery lasts over 2 full shifts at FULL volume. If you're looking for some good budget, over the ear, noise cancelling headphones... these fit the bill IMO. The noise cancelling is excellent... my co-workers have to flag me down... because I can't even hear them yelling at me! LOL The customization app is awesome as well... you can get the sound you want out of the music you're listening to. I leave it on the default Soundcore because it covers everything I listen to... from Classical to Rock to Rap to Techno to Pop. I am very impressed with what was delivered for the price! I received NO promotion or anything for free for this review. It's my honest opinion. I will update later if there is ANY issue.

Honestly surprised by these
Honestly surprised by how good these are for the price. I grabbed them mostly as an affordable everyday pair, but they have completely exceeded my expectations. The ANC does a solid job tuning out background chatter and constant hums when I am focusing or working out. Sound quality is pretty punchy right out of the box, but being able to mess with the EQ in the app makes a big difference to get the audio dialed in. Battery life is another major win since I hardly ever have to think about charging them, and they connect to my devices instantly. If you want decent noise cancellation, comfortable padding, and good sound without spending two or three hundred bucks, these are a no brainer. Easily one of the best value purchases I have made in a while.

For The Price, These Headphones are Amazing
The title of the review sets the stage and helps to understand where I'm coming from when I purchased the Soundcore by Anker Q20i headphones. BACKSTORY A few years ago I had purchased a pair of Apple AirPods Max, which are probably the best pair of headphones I've ever owned: amazing sound quality, awesome noise cancellation, and unreal support for Transparency Mode. However due to Apple's dubious quality of engineering on that product, they begin to fail after what I consider be too short a time. When they died this last time, I began looking for cheaper alternatives. The obvious one is the Beats Studio Pro, which are actually priced very well for a decent pair of headphones. Instead, I wanted to get something that was a cheaper stopgap, so I started exploring the over-the-ear Soundcore headphones by Anker, because I had had decent experience with them in the past with their Bluetooth earbuds and also approximately 10 years ago I had one of the successor models to the Q20i. So I thought I would give it a shot. I purchased a different pair of Soundcore headphones at first, but when they arrived they had an offensive smell and had to send them back. After that experience, I do not know what motivated me to try the Soundcore Q20i model, but immediately on arrival I had a different experience. There was no offensive smell, the headphones are very comfortable on my (admittedly large) head. SOUND QUALITY As far as sound quality is concerned, they are passable-to-pretty-good. They initially sounded a little "tinny", but I typically run them with the bass boost and I think I've gotten used to the way that they sound at this point. My typical use case is wearing my headphones pretty much all day listening to droning ambient electronic music so I can focus while working. Therefore, I am not necessarily looking for stellar audio quality, but these are actually pretty good for the price. One cannot compare them to the AirPods Max, because those headphones just blew me away by their quality. But given that this is a $45 pair of headphones, the sound is great—for the price. (I will keep saying that just to keep perspective: "For the price…") TRANSPARENCY MODE The other reason why I went for these is because I needed a pair of headphones that had Transparency Mode, but I didn't have the extra cash to spend on the Beats Studio Pro. The Q20i surprised me because it has a Transparency Mode in a $45 pair of headphones. It's important to acknowledge that Transparency Mode on the Q20i is *nowhere near* the same experience of Transparency Mode on AirPods Max or AirPods Pro, so don't expect that level. However, it does let in enough ambient sound to allow me to hear sound around me and to have a conversation with someone without having to take the headphones off. That was the crucial feature requirement. So again, for the price, having Transparency Mode at all is pretty amazing. STAR REMOVAL The only reason I took off a star is because I feel that the headphones should have the capacity to remember that I always want to have transparency on, or at least remember the last setting of that mode so that when I turned them on the next time, it will be in the same mode that I left it. These do not do that, and for that, I docked a star. OTHER TOPICS Battery life has been good, but I work at a desk and I can charge them whenever I need to, so I am probably not the best judge of that. The headphones are light and comfortable, and they are very adjustable so they should be able to fit and be comfortable for most wearers. They also fold for easy transportation and seem like a pretty durable construction. CONCLUSION For a sub $50 pair of headphones that has transparency mode, has reasonably good sound quality, and so far has been behaving decently on the Bluetooth side connected to a MacBook Pro, I definitely recommend them to someone who is on a tight budget, or someone who just wants a "burner" set of Bluetooth over the ear headphones.

This is now my go to Bluetooth headset
This is now my go to Bluetooth headset. Quality, battery life, and sound quality are as good as the Bose and the Sony top models for a fraction of the price. The microphone and bluetooth capability is superb. Big pro vs the Bost Quiet Comfort Ultra that I'll decommission. Cons for Bose: too pricey of a product that if I had to sit down for 1-3 minutes (literally that time) then they go to sleep mode, even though I'm not charging and the computer is not locked and not taking phone calls and all settings on headset/phone app are all correct). This Soundcore set is the best, even better than the Sony in terms. Like listening to a song or more, taking off head then running a house chore, then coming back and it is still fully paired to the laptop and just keeps going. Now if you take off for 45-60 minutes then yes, it will go to sleep mode/power save which is great. Quick to pair/re-pair once fully charged. They come w/ 30% charge, so 1-2 hrs on the charger or using a USB-C cable will work best and gives the optimal/fastest charge. Wall chargers triple that time. Each cuffs are soft and cover my ear perfectly like the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra & Bose Quiet Comfort 2, and Sony XM (I think that's part of the model). Ideal for taking walks in cooler weather and fully covers my big ears. I believe they have different ear cuffs you can try out. Haven't done that. I've had this pair about 6 months and the ear cuffs still have tons of like vs the Bose QC Ultra which they lasted 3 months of consistent wear. I'd give 6 or 7/5 if I could. It's at least a 5. Going to get another one of these or go for the newer model for 70 just to see/try. I use this Soundcore set at home for personal and for work, in Teams meetings and I've even had several folks ask me what I have as the mic quality is superb. I was really mad at Anker for they make horrible laptop docking stations but this is a bounce-back to the really good position. I highly recommend you to try it looking.

Durable. Excellent sound. Great price!
I've had mine for a year now, and I LOVE IT! Super comfy to wear, excellent sound and noise cancelation, amazing price! For a long roadtrip, I needed comfortable headphones with pass-through sound, so I could listen to my music while driving but not bother anybody else and also still be aware of my surroundings. These do not disappoint. First off, I have several Anker products and am convinced of their quality. Even after a year off regular use, the battery is phenomenal and the padding on ears and head band look brand new! The battery lasts a long time, but if you forget to charge, you cannot listen and charge, but you can connect the headphones with a regular audio jack cable in a pinch. The range is great - I can walk all over the house and get a strong connection. Other devices I have are not as good as this. The noise cancelation is excellent. When you are wearing them and then switch them on, it's like the world just gets muted. I like that a thumb press on the ridged button on the back is pause/play and the little button on the front is noise cancelation/pass-through. So, two button pushes allow you to communicate with your surroundings and two again put you back in your own little world. I use this combination a lot! This is so great, I got a second one for the family. They agree it's a fantastic product! If you're looking, you found the right one!

Great Headset!
I have had this headset for about a week. I can't say enough good things about this headset. I have a window unit air conditioner and was having to keep the tv up so loud it was disturbing my dog. These were easy to set up (and I am not good at "setting up" electronics. Didn't use the app to change any settings, just used them right out of the box. Dog is happy and I am happy. The noise cancelling feature right out of the box is wonderful. I thought my window unit had stopped working and took off the headset and it was still roaring. It is comfortable and I often fall asleep with it on. I am a 73 year old woman with a fairly big head and small ears. I had wondered if the headset would fit my head. It fits perfectly. I wish I had purchased this long ago. It has made life easier. Ear pads are soft and comfy and the band going across your head can be adjusted for head height. Finding the on/off button is a little tricky, but that is ok. Have thought about marking that middle button with whiteout to make it easier to see since everything is black. I am finding it easier to just feel the button.

Amazing quality that exceeds its price
These are WONDERFUL wireless headphones at this price range, the sound quality is surprisingly good, though heavier on the bass side, using a equalizer application (like FXsound on windows) can really balance it out to not have any muddy sounds. But overall it sounds soooo good for music and movies/shows. The build quality feels very sturdy, firm and durable and it feels good over my head and ears, the cushions are soft but firm, connects fast and super smoothly to my laptop, so good on that. The battery charge is also great (I use it around maybe 2-3 hours a day) and it since charging it the first time it’s still only on 70% I HIGHLY recommend these they sound phenomenal for the price, I’m really happy with these.
