Heck 10 Chicken Italia Sausages, 340g

Tried these sausage for the first time, they are really tasty and a nice alternative from pork and beef, definitely staying on my shopping list

A good value chicken sausage, with just a hint of spices, only 60 kcals per two sausage and low carbs at 2.1 per two sausage. The sausages can be grilled, pan fried or baked, unfortunately they cannot cook these in the microwave or air fryet

I have just discovered this brand and love the pork and the chicken ones so thought I'd give these a go. The flavour takes a bit of getting used to, I had them with mash and gravy perhaps not the best combination for these. I think they would be great in some sort of tomato sauce like maybe a sausage hotpot or spaghetti and meatballs but swap the meatballs for these cut I to chunks, maybe even use it in some stuffing. But as your classic sausage chips and beans or sausage and mash or sausage sandwich goes then I don't think it works. They are fairly cheap give them a go but remember to have in mind maybe a tomatoey sauce or stuffing. I'd say they had a bit of an earthy flavour going on.

Heck are my favourite sausages ;) I won't buy any other brand of sausages and the chicken ones are by far the best. Obviously good in protein because they're chicken. Plus my Mrs can't eat pork due to allergies so that's a bonus too. They're just so flavoursome. They do gluten free version aswell but on this time they were out of stock unfortunately so we got these which are exactly the same... But with gluten ;). Just great. Del is cious
