These are the hookiest hook knives I ever did buy. I went way overkill buying the 30 pack. I bought these because I installed artificial grass this year and I needed to cut it to size. We ended up cutting 6 strips of 40ft and only changed blades 3 times. Now I have a lifetime supply of these.

Short review:This blade is like a combination of scissors and a box cutter. We can cut through cardboard boxes (like a box cutter) while standing without the need for a protective mat or backing table (like scissors).What we use it for:Once a week we recycle all our cardboard boxes by stacking them inside one large box. This saves us the headache of tying the boxes together- but it requires us to cut the boxes into smaller pieces.Most boxes can be cut with scissors but after a few cuts, our hands get tired very quickly. Box cutters are far easier to use when dealing with large amounts, but this requires a backing table or floor space with protective mats.This blade can cut through cardboard boxes while standing with a single motion. I feel this blade is safer to use than the traditional blade, but the same precautions should be taken.

Won't buy again. These are super dull, barely cut on the first cut and dull and break very easily thereafter

Much easier to control and get consistent cuts from, and safer than a standard blade. Just as sharp, and just as compatible. These are the best blades I've ever used for cleaning up the edges of 3D prints and opening boxes without damaging contents.
