Alegria Womens Kleo Wrapture Blue Sandal - 36

I have a very high arch and medium width feet. I have tried almost all comfort shoes available and the only brand that feels me is Alegria. I also tried different styles of Alegria and Kleo is just the best.The best thing is that it has superb arch support, thick platform makes my foot bed relaxed and not hurt at all. I all feel very securing these shoes and I don't twist my ankles as in other shoes.There are three issues i want to address in Kleo sandals :1. The fit slightly small. I'm size 39 in European shoes (I'm from Europe ) and my toes almost at the edge of the shoe. I tried size 40 and they are too long. I wish they would make sandals in half sizes as they make in some of their close toe shoes2. Because of the textured insole (not smooth genuine leather) and wide velcro straps these sandals can be a little hot. It was overwhelming for me at first and I'm used to it now3. I wish the the insoles come in dark or black colors. Since they are made of the the suede like material dirt and dust gets trapped in it very easy. So after a few wears your insole will be looking not so fresh. I bought a special eraser for these kind of insoles but it doesn't work. I personally hate when shoes are dirty inside and it's a very big turn off for meOtherwise, these are very comfortable sandals and I highly recommend them

This is a gorgeous shoe and very well made but my normal size didn't fit me in this shoe. To fit me the straps had to go all the way to the top of the sole where there was no velcro which resulted in the strap sticking out from the shoe and the center strap was placed in the wrong place, sort of off-center. I know that all leather shoes stretch so I could see that it would soon be too loose. It's difficult to know exactly how a sandal is supposed to fit but I felt there was too much space at the toe and the heel and I felt like I was standing on boats, so I am sending them back. This was even bigger than another style I bought of the same brand. I took off one star because I feel it isn't sized correctly compared to other brands I wear and even for the same brand. The colors in the shoe are beautiful and look just like the picture on Amazon.

First ones I ordered a little larger after reading some reviews - I normally wear a 51/2 to a 6 - so the first ones I got were too large, the second ones are a 5 to 5 1/2 supposedly in USA size - I can wear them and they do fit, however after wearing them for a week or so , I can tell they are going to stretch out, because they are leather. But on the positive side - they are very, very comfortable. I have low back problems, and hammer toe on one foot - I have a mild form of spina bifida and could not walk long, especially on hard surfaces, like concrete , my low back legs, and feet would kill me. But I have worn these shoes all day and do not have leg, back or foot pain. HIGHLY recommend these shoes. Just be sure and order the size you would normally wear - not larger. because they will stretch after wear.

I loved this sandal, however due to severe tendinitis, the right shoe hurt my foot. The left one was perfect. Sadly, I had to return them, and got credit immediately.

I have a dozen pairs Allegria shoes for a reason. They are well made, great designs and the support is incredible. I am on my feet at work a lot, these are great shoes to walk and stand. They are also very attractive, I have the Paloma style in this pattern too. Because you can insert a new foot bed after you wore out the current one (after about 1-2 years) for about $25/pair, these shoes can last many years. I have some for already 8 years! The cork and memory foam foot bed are the best of any shoe brand I have ever worn. They adjust to your specific foot, yet support you so well.

This was the second time I had ordered these shoes. They are so nice looking and just what I wanted. However, I had a couple of small problems so I have to return them. The leather (?) straps are not flexible and have very sharp and scratchy edges. I have a wider foot and I could position the straps to accommodate this but would not recommend to anyone with a wider foot. For those reasons, I will return them. Very disappointed as they look like the perfect sandal that I have been looking for.

I just got my Alegria sandals in the mail today. I've never owned a pair of Alegria anything, but they are so comfortable right out of the box. Will be giving them the acid test tomorrow. Thank all you ladies out there who gave honest reviews about the size. In EU sizes, a smaller size fits OK but in US size I would normally wear a size 7 sandal (for bare feet) but one review stated that they run small so I ordered a size 8, and they're perfect. Glad that you can adjust all 3 straps. I will be purchasing more Alegria sandals earlier in the season next spring so there's a better selection of colors and styles available in my size. :-)

I was really nervous about ordering these and having them first and being comfortable. I'm thrilled to say they are adjustable which allowed me to get my foot into them. I had surgery on my toe 4 weeks ago and have not been able to get my foot into a shoe without pain. The adjustable straps have allowed me to get into them. They are so comfortable and the price fit into my budget. I would definitely buy again and will be getting more from this brand as soon as I can squeeze my foot into a regular shoe without pain.
