This is exactly what I needed. This helped me with cable management inside an old Xeon workstation. It’s being used as a server so there are a ton of HDDs installed. This helps power them all without a ton of extra cables.

Worked like a charm

3.3v enabled
If you bought enterprise drives, do not use this cable. It enables the 3.3v pin, which disables your drive, making it not show up in bios.
