This is my first time trying any supplements, it took me a long time to choose one and ended up with this brand. I was very impressed, my boyfriend and I take them together and we both agree that our nails, hair grow so much faster and our skin is super glowy!! We just repurchased 2 more.

I was a little worried about the sugar-free aspect. I despise fake sugars. Cancer, anyone? Anyway. I only have had these supplements 2 days now so I can't speak to any effectiveness. But the flavor of these gummies are Off. The. Charts. Amazing. Like, I want to just snack on these mo'fo's as a candy. Restraint is a thing. I had to hide them from my 'instant gratification' seeking self and only my rational self will take the time to go get them from their 'secure' location. I might update this later, after I take em long enough to know if they help me or not, or I might now. I don't know. But I will buy them again for at least a sugar free snack! Ha.

Very good quality. Good value for the money. I do like a chewable. A gummy. They are not hard. They’re very easy to use.

I don’t understand why the quality has gone down recently with this product and this brand. Each dosage used to come covered in some kind of powder that kept it from sticking together in the bottle while it was sent to you. How many millions of dollars could they have saved by eliminating that so that now it’s a frustrating mess to try and get these things out of the bottle. Capitalism is the worst for Americans

We've been using these from probably over a year. The texture and taste is great. you actually want to take them. Much better than the powdered stuff.
