Fantastic quality, recommended by vein/wound doctor. Easy machine wash & dry and seems durable for a reasonable cost. Has helped reduce my edema drastically, also keeps your knee/calf down comfortable without getting hot, and noticed wearing these have also improved the skin due to reduced swelling while allowing good breathability. I wear these daily about 12 to 14 hours a day without issue in and out of shoes, they stay up most of the day only requiring occasional pull after about 4 to 6 hours of mild to moderate activity/walking. The heel pocket really ensures they're on correctly so the alignment is great. Bought 2 and will buy more.

Really seem to help the swelling in my legs and feet. I ordered 1 size larger than I measured for and glad i did. I am 5ft 5in and the stockings are a bit too long. I may order a Petite next time. .. A little hard to put on as I expected but even harder to take off.

Stockings were as described. No mention though on the packaging that they have graduated compression.

In January (so about four months ago), my physical therapist measured my legs and ordered Jobst Relief 20-30 with silicone dot band, size large. They fit fine. I ordered these from Amazon about three weeks ago. Jobst Relief, size large, but no silicone dot band. According to online info, there's no sizing difference. But there is. These socks (and I've been wearing Jobst for more than 2 years) are so much tighter, especially around the top -- I have marks on the top of my calf where the sock bit in, and those marks last for days. I do not know why. My legs are no larger than they were when measured. Are we sure these are first quality Jobst compression socks? Edited to add: I dropped one star because these are so painful -- the band at the top is unwearable. Again, these are supposed to be the same as the silicone band socks, but I have never experienced this kind of pain from a Jobst sock. I'm literally throwing them away.

I bought the black compression stockings because of a swollen leg. I had bought Jobst stockings many years ago and at the time they were really good. I measured my leg according to the directions and ordered medium. When I received them the tops looked wide and when I’m wearing them they slide down a bit on my legs - they don’t stay up where they belong. As far as the compression, I ordered what my doctor prescribed. However, the swelling has not gone down at all - it’s the same as if I were wearing my regular socks. I’m disappointed in these.
