I ordered the double size because this is a great gut-health addition to my morning decaf. Does not taste like banana, just a subtle sweetness.

I like the high percentage of RS. Seems high quality.

The best banana flour available with a better nutrition profile than any other product.

This product contains the highest content of Resistant Starch, hands down. All other available unripen green banana flour state it has Resistant Starch, or tout it's good because of its RS content, but on query the other brands don't indicate how much, &/or don't test for RS content. Availability can fluctuate, but lately very available on Amazon. If you are on a daily fibermaxing protocol, or maxing RS like I am, plan ahead to keep a quantity hand on.

I almost don't want to praise this product because I don't want it to go out of stock. Research is supporting the use of resistant starch as a way to promote beneficial gut bacteria. I've tried others (inulin, resistant potato starch, sunfiber, and acacia fiber). This is the best. It doesn't taste like bananas, and I wouldn't say it tastes "good," but it tastes ok, mildly pleasant, unlike all the others I have tried. I can drink it without holding my nose. (I don't do smoothies. I would rather eat my calories than drink them.)

So, I've been consuming what is likely just over a tablespoon daily since late December, it's is likely too early to make any sort of definitive statement, but I anecdotally do appear to be experiencing a really positive impact on my digestion from taking it. Backing in the literature for the consumption for RS2 is unassailable, and this product was the one that I found that was primarily created/marketed specifically for that purpose, so that was the reason for my purchase. I will say that I tried a raw potato starch and I didn't really notice anything. So, overall, while the price point is slightly higher than some products, often you do get what you pay and I'm quite pleased.

I use a bag a week, product is great.

Very good product.....only problem is that it is out of stock alot hence you can't really depend on the vendor to have it when you need it which is why I wonder why there is a subscription option.
