Just like most people, I've bought so many "exercise" items for my house. However, I am now on I think week 2 or 3 and still going strong. This is by far, the easiest, simplest piece of equipment. Travels very well. But don't let the price fool you into thinking it's flimsy or whatever. STRONG. Chart to follow along. No frills, but I just put my Pandora chill station on and go for it, 20 mins a day - timing on my watch. Glad I purchased and recommend.

My social media algorithms convinced me to try the Pilates Bar out. I’ve only had it for a few days but I can really feel that it’s working muscles; it’s not an easy workout and I like that one small piece of equipment can affect so many areas. With that being said, however, I find that the resistance bands are not long enough. I’m about 5’6” and can BARELY stand up with the bar across my shoulders. The videos I’ve seen of other Pilate bars show people easily standing. I haven’t been able to do some of the exercises that the included chart describes. I’m afraid that the bands will snap and I’ll end up with a black eye or a lost tooth.

Great product for the price. Seems very versatile and sturdy. I’m 5’4” and with the straps at a high number connected to the foot straps there is only a little slack at my low points in squats. If you still find too much slack cross the foots straps so the bands go from top right crossing and go on the left foot and opposite for top left crossing and go on right foot. That takes length off as well.

Easy to use and very sturdy

Very unhappy. The middle piece cannot screw into the other 2 pieces. The replacement one was the same. Very disappointed. Quality looked good, but will need to look at another brand.
