Love the combination of magnesium & glycine in this product. When I take this, my body winds down for bed easily and once my head hits the pillow I am out. Also, love that there are no fillers in this line of vitamins.

I kind of like the compostable pouches like this that some companies use, except they often have residue that I think is from a broken capsule so I empty the bag and get residue all over just to find there are no broken capsules - just like this time =) The pouches are stand-up, and so far they've been working. They take up less space, and if I were using bottles I prefer glass anyway, so the pouches are actually pretty nice.If used as directed the bag will last one month.The "best by" date on mine is Dec 2025, so almost 1.75 years from now.There is no real scent or taste to the capsules and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says made without GMOs in a GMP registered facility. The adaptnaturals website says they have warehouses in Illinois and Nevada but I can't find where their supplements are manufactured.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but reading the company's website, and that of their founder, Chris Kresser, has me feeling comfortable about taking these. The only thing I don't like is the fillers they use. But to get a quality product from a legitimate supplement company nowadays, I'm willing to pay a little bit more for that.Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.

The benefits to my mind and body are invaluable. Two capsules before bed help me get to sleep and stay asleep through the night, (less middle of the night muscle cramping too. ) And a great night’s sleep makes for happier more productive days. Also, it’s chelated—no stomach irritation and good for my bones. This is a super supplement. Wishing I’d ordered two or three bottles during the big sale. Hoping there’s another 50% discount from Adapt Naturals soon.

I love to take this before bed. I sleep better and I wake up without muscle pain.

This has been one of the more effective magnesium supplements I've used. I've achieved consistent results via following the manufacturer instructions, and the benefits I've received have been what I expected.The capsules tended to dissolve - in the packaging wherein they were sent - faster than I anticipated. And I resealed the outer and inner packaging each time I used this supplement. I hope the company can resolve that packaging issue, as the core magnesium supplement was well-performing.

I had no idea what to expect when I first started taking this and wow I sleep sooo much better now every night! I feel way better when I wake up each day as well! LOVE this!!!

These magnesium capsules have helped to improve my sleep quality. I take them a couple hours before bed, and I feel like I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested. They haven't caused any stomach upsets, which some types of magnesium seem to do.
