MishimotoMMFS-MIA-90 Performance Aluminum Fan Shroud Compatible With Mazda MX-5 Miata 1990-1997 Silver

Thanks to good YouTube install videos of this product, the install went as planned with no modifications. The radiator and fans were high quality and the product arrived in a few days. Despite the need to splice one set of the fan wires to connect with OE connector, it went well. Remember to connect the OE black/blue wire with the mishimoto fan red/white wire. Operating perfectly. Wen right in and the fans worked amazingly

This shroud is superior to the OEM installation. I installed it on my NA Miata, and was able to install it on my Koyo radiator without removing it. I removed the intake tube, disconnected the upper radiator hose, and removed the radiator mounting bolts so I could move things around. No need to drain fluid. I take my Miata to the track, and also use it as a daily driver. The fan keeps the engine cool, and the AC condenser working when sitting at a red light, in 100+ degree weather. My only problem was that the condenser fan plug was incorrect. I had to splice in a new plug, and make sure I had the fan direction correct.

Buyer beware!When I opened the box, I found that the shroud I received is NOT the correct shroud for the radiator. I bought both the Mishimoto radiator and shroud and although the labels on the box are correct, the shroud in that box was not. I immediately contacted Mishimoto and they eventually identified it as a production issue and didn't want to send another shroud just to find it was also the wrong product. They suggested I contact the Amazon seller (MOTOspan) for a refund. By this time I had exceeded their 30 day return policy and they are refusing to help. I will continue to work with Mishimoto and hope that they will eventually exchange what I received for the correct item. At this point, my car has been undriveable for a week and I'm not happy. If you buy this item, open it immediately to verify that it is the correct item.FYI, the radiator and shroud are high quality items and I'm not unhappy that I bought the Mishimoto products, only that one of them is incorrect through no fault of mine.Update: Mishimoto came through and sent me a replacement fan shroud. It took a while for them to fix the problem and update their stock, but they kept in constant touch and were very helpful. I won't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Well it's sold made for 90's model MK5 but the connection s don't match. Had to run direct. Other than that it works fine, looks good! Installation was easier going back in than out. Learning curves so don't get mad.Got the radiator as well..

Awesome set of fans, these suckers move some air ! I put mine on my beast Chevy blazer to eliminate stock fan, Fabricating to fit was a snap. Shipper got it sent out quick so no complaints.

Arrived as advertised. With hardware and foam adhesive. Only problem I have with it is that I had to shave the fan guards to fit with a dual core radiator and anti sway bar. Definitely tight fit. Also spliced the AV fan wire to run in parrelel.
