These are bitter, very bitter which is what you are looking for. I've been eating these for a long time now and they still as bitter as the first day. No way to get used to it hehe. Packaging is awesome, really good to keep these fresh.

I have been buying the one pound bags of these for years, and decided to try the 2 pound bag. Most of the kernels are whole, and these seeds appear bigger than I was getting.

Healthy alternative snack! A little bitter, but it’s in the name.

Great value for the amount of apricot seeds you get. My husband and I both take it so it’s perfect and will last us at least a couple months taking 3-5 a day.
