How do I choose the right size?

Select your standard UK shoe size, the fins are sized to match. If you're between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit during longer training sets.

Are Maru training fins suitable for both adults and juniors?

Yes - the fins are available across a full size range to suit adults and younger swimmers. Check the size guide on the listing to find the right fit.

What strokes can I use them for?

Training fins are most commonly used for freestyle and backstroke kick sets. They can also be used for butterfly kick drills.

Can I use them with a kickboard or pull buoy?

Yes - fins work well alongside other training equipment. Combining with a kickboard focuses entirely on kick technique and leg strength, while pairing with a pull buoy allows you to concentrate on arm stroke with added propulsion from the fins.

How do I look after them?

Rinse with fresh cool water after each session and store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid folding or compressing the blade during storage.
