Amazing value, very comfortable
Easy set up. Lightweight. Cheap. Perfect for my use. I didn’t wanna spend $150+ on the name brand chairs so I ordered this one. I have used it on countless backpacking and camping trips. It has held up to all elements, survived being dropped countless times, and still works flawlessly. It is very comfortable, I prefer it more than a regular folding chair. Definitely recommend for a lightweight but budget friendly camp chair.

Light-ish, sturdy. Comfy.
So far so good. There are lighter chairs but not by much. It's held up threw a few backpacking trips. I'm athletic, 200lbs, holds me just fine.

Great chair.
Bought two for my son’s camping trips. They are very light weight, seem very well made, set up quickly and easily and are very comfortable. Amazing to have around camp. Cannot testify to the longevity yet but initial impressions are great!

Light and comfortable
I wanted a light weight chair that can fit in the side bike bag for the beach. This fits the bill. I stalling fabric is not easy but doable with handy loops at each corner - unlike other chair I returned because fabric was impossible to install. A bit of s hassle to find as all legs try to pop out, but also doable and handy storage strap helps. Not very sturdy on sand but low to the ground so at worst you tip into sand. I haven’t tried it on a hard surface. Overall a good buy if you want very light weight beach/camping chair.

Perfect design and size for the Urban Sketcher
I bought this to put in my small backpack for my days out "urban sketching" ( despite the name, I actually prefer sketching the countryside). It's not only light weight, it's actually comfortable, and it puts me in a perfect position to sketch with my supplies in easy reach on the ground right next to me. It's exactly what I wanted. I also bring along a small inflatable travel pillow if I need to adjust my back position, but so far have not needed to. I had this in my cart for awhile and when I saw it at an amazing deal for the recent Prime Days, I instantly purchased it. Best decision! I would probably buy again, even without the deal, now that I know the product. I'm now curious how long it will last. Time will tell.

Not strong
I bought this a month in advance for hiking trip. I set it twice before the trip. It was easy to use and set up. First use on the actual hike, the bar toward the front of the chair bent under my weight. I weigh 150 lbs. I had no other weight on me but the clothes I was wearing.

writing titles is the hardest part of a review
First off, this chair is very comfortable. Surprisingly comfortable. It doesn't have the issue some other chairs have of cutting across your back at the top of the chair.Secondly, this chair is very unstable. So unstable that it unnerves you when you sit in it. It's better with experience, but even then, you have to consciously sit in it in a certain way to keep from tipping over. Your legs straight out front or crossed over will work, but if your legs are off-center at all, you're tipping over. It isn't an issue as much with my 100-pound spouse as it is with 200-pound me, so if you are on the lighter side, you'll probably like it more. There are better, heavier chairs, and there are better, more expensive chairs. I don't think you'll find a better chair at this price point and at this weight, but I would recommend either getting a heavier chair or a more expensive chair. If they made the legs a little longer, I think it would be worth the weight trade-off, because they have mastered the comfort level. One thing I like about backpacking chairs is they also make for good camping chairs or good ballgame chairs, but this chair doesn't qualify for that designation. The only reason you'll ever want to use this chair is to save weight on a hike. One last note: these types of chairs (seat fabric separately attached to a frame) are excellent if you have back problems. The seat curves with all along your back and butt, providing excellent support. No separate lower-back cushion needed.

Very light weight and sturdy
Bought this for camping and I’m impressed! I’m 6’2” and 230ish. Held my booty off the cold ground and didn’t add much weight to my pack. Good alternative to the REI ones.
