Holds a lot of bird food
This seems like a nice heavier duty feeder. The only thing I was disappointed with was the crimp holding the feeder top let loose and the feeder fell a few minutes after I hung it up. I took a look at it and I was able to feed the loop back in and thankfully had something I could recrimp it with. Holding fine now. It holds a lot of bird food. I also thought the feeding ports would be a little smaller so small sized food spills easier. I am going to try a little bigger seeds and see how that works in it. Because of the crimp it’s getting 4 stars.

The birds are happy
We went thru 2 bird feeders in a week, each one was knocked down by the elk and shattered. This one takes a licking and stays as is, so far it is exactly what is needed to survive rural America. Unfortunately, the one we had before that lasted over a year is no longer available. This one is a good replacement.

Love how cute it is, but took squirrels only 3 days to break in.
Loved cute design. Birds adapted quickly. Squirrels couldn't chow down at first, though they figured out how to nibble from the bottom tray on day 1. Left house for 2 hrs. Somehow they managed to work the bottom off and eat all of the seeds that fell to the ground. Working on perfecting the design. We'll see who's smarter. My money is on the squirrels - lol.

NOT Squirrel Proof
Read the fine print! Yes, it's squirrel-proof if you put it in a shark cage wrapped in chicken wire behind bullet-proof glass... Otherwise, just a typical bird feeder.

Squirrels can get past this one too.
Very nice bird feeder however it does not take long for squirrels to figure out how to dump it. By standing on the base, a squirrel can adeptly tilt the feeder and cause all of the bird seed to pour out of one of the openings. I have had to fill my feeder every few days - I am still hoping that birds do get to enjoy it some of the time.
