Very Poor Packaging and Product Quality Defective Item Received
I received the product in very poor condition. The packaging was torn, and the thermocol inside was broken. There was no screen-protective material, so the monitor had fingerprints, dust, and marks right out of the box.The build quality is disappointing, and the speaker doesnโt work properly. the sound cracks and becomes unclear when the volume is increased. The product seal was already broken, which indicates it might be out of warranty. There are also watermark-like digits visible on the monitor screen that affect the full-screen display.Overall, this is not the quality expected for a new product. I request a replacement with a properly packed and functional unit, or a return with a full refund.

Almost Good Product
Almost Good product. The color Scheme /mode are complicated and a little bit hard to adjust the color balance. But the pixel are visible in some cases because of the large 32 inch screen size.

โญ 1 Star โ Very Poor Product & Disappointing Service
โญ 1 Star โ Very Poor Product & Disappointing ServiceProduct bilkul bekaar nikla. Delivery ke sirf 1 din ke andar product defective ho gaya/defective mila, lekin return ke liye request karne ke baad bhi meri problem solve nahi ki gayi.Frontech company ka product quality bahut disappointing hai. Customer ko defective product milne ke baad bhi return/refund ke liye proper support nahi milna bahut galat experience hai.Mera experience Amazon ke saath bhi bahut disappointing raha. Aisa laga ki customer ki problem ko priority dene ke bajay company/seller ke favour mein decision liya ja raha hai.Meri personal recommendation hai: Frontech ka product kharidne se pehle achhi tarah soch-samajh kar purchase karein. Mera experience bahut kharab raha.Product Quality: โญ 1/5Customer Service: โญ 1/5Overall Experience: โญ 1/5Bilkul recommend nahi karunga.

okay
Got it as a secondary vertical monitor and works well enough , the viewing angle is pretty bad but it's expected at this price point.
