I recently bought a Frontech monitor, but soon after, blue lines started appearing on the right side of the screen. I returned it to their service centre, and although they agreed to replace the monitor, I was told it would take more than 10 days for the replacement—something I found quite disappointing.This experience reminded me of the LG monitor I bought 11 years ago, which still works flawlessly to this day. It’s a clear lesson: always go for a trusted brand. You might pay a little more, but the quality and reliability are worth it.

Almost Good product. The color Scheme /mode are complicated and a little bit hard to adjust the color balance. But the pixel are visible in some cases because of the large 32 inch screen size.

The monitor is good but its stand is not right. It doesn't move up and down, so I can't see the monitor properly and it doesn't stand up properly.

I received the product in very poor condition. The packaging was torn, and the thermocol inside was broken. There was no screen-protective material, so the monitor had fingerprints, dust, and marks right out of the box.The build quality is disappointing, and the speaker doesn’t work properly. the sound cracks and becomes unclear when the volume is increased. The product seal was already broken, which indicates it might be out of warranty. There are also watermark-like digits visible on the monitor screen that affect the full-screen display.Overall, this is not the quality expected for a new product. I request a replacement with a properly packed and functional unit, or a return with a full refund.
