Great for smaller families and for trying different kinds of milk
My kids and I had a lot of fun trying different nut milks. The milks come out much creamier when you run the cycle at least twice. My husband really liked the cashew milk as a creamer for his coffee and is looking forward to making some oat creamer.Since we are a really big family (6 people, 4 of them growing boys), it would be difficult to satisfy ALL of our nut milk needs with this machine. It makes about 2 cups at time (if you double the recipes in the book) and we go through about 2 gallons of almond milk a week. To make that much almond milk, we'd have to make 16 batches, with 2 run cycles each.I never considered making our own nut milk, but after using this machine, I see that it is pretty easy. My family will still enjoy making small batches of other types of milk and creamer. The attached picture shows one batch as made following the recipe in the book (not doubled).

Great for smaller batches
I am happy with this device. I used to make almond milk in my vitamix and stopped a long time ago. Tired of paying for alternative milks with unhealthy additives, I decided to start making my own again. Most of the recipes call for two tablespoons of nuts, which makes a small batch. However, I do tweak it a bit and prefer more of a nutty taste and I use 4 tablespoons instead. At first I was disappointed that I couldn't make a larger batch, then again, I don't want to hassle with the vitamix either. So, I now make two small batches at a time and I have plenty of milk in less than 15 minutes. It also has other features and temperatures that make this unit pretty cool. I've made nut milk and a creamer and it's great. It is also easy to clean. I'm glad I bought it! I'm single so it's perfect for me; however, you might have to make several batches if you're making enough for a family.

Good but only for making small volumes
What’s included: you get a 1 tablespoon metal measuring spoon, three different milk bags with different mesh and a cleaning brush. Positive things about this: very easy to use and straightforward to select the buttons. I like that they included the nut milk bag and measuring spoon. This review is limited to soy milk as I don’t make any other milks. I don’t care for the fact that the cord plugs directly into the back of the pitcher so every time you want to fill it up at the sink, or clean it or anything like that you have to unplug the device from the wall in order to get it to the sink. I found that the quality of the milk made was very good. I primarily made soy milk in one use batches, so I’d make it every morning. Another drawback is the cycle is rather long at 22 minutes. You have to use the boil feature in order to make soy milk, but if you are making other nut milks the time is less. The biggest drawback to this machine is it’s capacity, I had no problem making a one drink volume every morning, however when I tried to make larger volumes around 600 - 700 mL (all well below the maximum waterline) the lid would pop off with the steam and pressure and it would make a huge mess. There were soy suds everywhere. I was hoping to build a bit more convenience into my morning and make soy milk every other morning, but unfortunately I just can’t do that with this machine. I will say it grinds the pulp down very finely and I was impressed with that, but you still want to soak your soy beans overnight in order to get the best output.

Doesn't last
I used this machine to make soy milk. It lasted about a year and was convenient until it stopped blending the soybeans and the water overflowed out of the machine. I have decided to make instapot soy milk instead and skip nut makers.

Easy set up, worked well!
Very easy to unpack and set up, and the little instructions/care booklet lays everything out for you very well. It seemed to take a minute for the touch display to start paging through the menu the first time I plugged it in but it worked perfectly once I let it sit while the almonds soaked and haven't had that happen since. The timer function is useful, and the machine is overall much quieter than I was expecting for something that blends nuts - not worried it would wake up anyone in the house from the kitchen in the morning, which is nice! The book suggested giving almond milk an extra run so I did and then didn't even bother straining it because it was so smooth. Overall would recommend!

Neat Product to Add to My Collection
First off I would like to state that I wasn't aware of this new fad regarding how you can purchase this kitchen appliance that you can make coconut milk, oat milk, soy milk, rice milk and even carrot milk. I only found out about this when I went down the research "rabbit hole"! Well needless to say I feel I am very well versed in the benefits of certain milk you can make from these nuts and vegetables, however always remember moderation. So far I have explored with making carrot milk. The first time I used those small prewashed carrots and the flavor was lacking. The texture was nice and smooth but the flavor was somewhat bland. I next bought the full size carrots and processed them in the milker and it was night and day. Full of flavor! It reminded me of the Boathouse Brand at Aldis that has carrots in it. I then also added some local honey in the milk and it gave it a nice sweeter flavor. My next adventure will be trying out coconut milk and oat milk. Overall I am happy with this product and it is cool to know I can make these "milk" products at home. I will Google and YouTube some videos and get some recipes as I am sure there are some creative people on there! Thanks and enjoy!

Awesome!
We use this milk maker daily for our family of 10! I love the convenience of being able to make more milk in 5 min. It did stop working at 4 months, but the seller immediately sent a new one and I had it in a day or two! They stand behind their warranty and customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing product
I bought this product after reading a lot of good reviews on Amazon. And it's not disappointed me at all. The process is easy, the milk is good. I tried a few types of nuts - soya, green bean, chickpeas, white bean. All are perfect.

Save your money
This was probably one of my most useless purchase. I did return it. It’s just a blender in a jar and you still have to use cloth to strain. I tried to make oat milk but it made oat paste. I guess that can be corrected with more water. I guess I’ll just save for the other product that separates the ingredient properly.
