Great product
Product fit my chimney cap perfectly and felt sturdy that it wouldn’t fly off with the wind.

Easy to install and adjustable
This Chimney Cover was easy to install and it did work for an 18" X 13" chimney pipe. At this largest dimension, it is however difficult to get the screws in. Must remove the points of the screws so that the threads will engage.

Screws didn't work
Looks pretty good. Main complaint is the cheap sheet metal & screws used to attach it. Instructions and other pictures made it look like threaded machine screws... not so. The screws are used to firmly attach the cover to the chimney, but they don't fit snugly though the holes in the cover. And, even worse, if the chimney masonry is thick, the screws don't work at all -- there's no room for the screw threads to catch in the hole. Could not use them at all. So the cover is on the chimney, and while I don't think it will fly off in a windstorm, it may rattle.

Worked for my chimney, but wish there was another option to secure it other than drilling into the masonry.

welcome chimney addition
Arrived in a timely manner. Fits snug upon an oval chimney with screw in adapters. Nice having the rain stay out and draft reduction.
