Does the screwdriver lock?

It has a lock for the large slotted screwdriver and glasses screwdriver.It doesn't has a lock for the cross-head screwdrvier, it has a retaining structure to hold it in place during use.

Are parts replaceable if they break?

Yes and no. You can disassemble the tool but I don't think they sell replacement parts. You can look on YouTube, there are people that disassemble these Chinese-made multitools and tinker around with them.
