Good, but Needs a Little Love!
I like this seasoning dip mix, but it didn’t quite make a complete tzaziki dip. I added in the cucumbers and Greek yogurt, but it was missing some things. After adding in a little olive oil, splash of white vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic (we love garlic), and a bit more dill, it made it complete. I will continue to use this dip mix, but will have to keep adding the additional ingredients to get the dip how it’s really supposed to be.

A great seasoning base for Tzatziki Sauce
If you want to make instant Tzatziki sauce, this is a great seasoning to start with. I have dozens of Spice Way seasonings, and they are are always fresh - and most often fresher than the spices I dry and put into containers. If you don't have a lot of spices in your cabinet, this Tzatziki seasoning is the perfect way to make a quick sauce. I usually make just enough for dip or for Gyros, and this Spice Way seasoning is very strong! I use 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup sour cream, a splash of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil and 1 TEASPOON of Spice Way Tzatziki sauce. Let it sit for a few hours for best results. HOWEVER - if you want to make your tzatziki even better, in addition to the before mentioned ingredients, I add 3 pressed/crushed garlic cloves, 1/2 cucumber diced with seeds removed, 1/4 teaspoon of dill, a dash of MSG and 1/8 teaspoon of celery salt. Mix and let sit overnight and it will be delicious. I've found that the cucumber doesn't make that much of a difference in taste because of the dill seasoning already in the mix, so to make the sauce easier, eliminate the cucumber... Definitely recommend

Great taste
Besides having a great taste, I like the fact that I can make up my own Tzatziki sauce when I need it and not have to find it in the grocery store.

I didn't enjoy at all.
Gritty even if soaked in little olive oil for hours. Course and unappealing texture. No taste at all. Bought other stuff from brand that was great.
