After reading the reviews for the product, I wanted to try it and form my own opinion. I have used two containers. Here are my observations. Taste: The taste is actually pretty good if you mix it with the right thing. It was amazing mixed with 16 ounces of Zero Clear American Wild Cherry Water. The flavor is a very palatable "Cherry Vanilla" taste and it was actually really good. I also mixed it in 10 oz of Green Mountain Wild Blueberry Coffee, 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil and Heavy Cream... also very yummy. By itself, it does have a pronounced "salty undertone", not awful, but not something I would say is delicious. Quantity: The container looks really little and is shipped by weight not volume, so it was a little container that wasn't full. I definitely didn't get shorted, though. I did get a little over 14 servings for container. I did not pack down the powder when scooping, I put the powder in the cup loosely and leveled it with a straight edge. If you are scooping it full to mounding over, and packing it in, you probably won't get 14 servings per container. The container lasted one week as I drank one serving in the morning, as I usually don't eat until lunch time or later and it curbs my appetite, and another serving in the evening, after dinner, before exercising. I found it gave me energy and provided satiety for the remaining of the evening. I suggest starting with one serving and working up as the ketone salts did seem to cause gastric upset, including diarrhea, when I first started. ( I started taking two servings after the second day, at which time the upset tummy occurred for a couple of days until I got used to it). Effectiveness: I didn't use keto strips or test my keto levels with this product. I was stuck for about three weeks on my progress losing weight when I decided to try using Exogenous Ketones. I started off with some Pruvit samples and liked them but not the price, read the reviews on Perfect Keto and felt that it was a definitely worth my time to try it. I am starting on my third week using Perfect Keto, and I've been averaging between 2-3 pounds a week loss. After having been stuck for a month, I am thrilled. Overall, I have lost 8.5 pounds in the past three weeks with no other changes to my lifestyle. I will be trying some different flavors and will give some taste analysis as I try them.

This product was very disappointing. Starting with color, it looked unappealing when mixed and did not resemble what I expected based on the listing. In terms of pain relief, I did not experience any benefit whatsoever, and it had no noticeable effect for that purpose. I also did not feel good after taking it. Instead of increased energy or mental clarity, I felt no improvement at all. It did not dissolve easily and required a lot of stirring, yet still left residue and clumps. As a powder, the ease of swallow was poor. The texture and taste made it difficult to consume, even when mixed with plenty of liquid. Regarding hydration, it did not help at all and, if anything, made me feel more dehydrated rather than refreshed. Overall, this product did not deliver on any of its advertised benefits, and I would not recommend it or purchase it again.

I was expecting the container to be a little bit bigger but I don't use it every day so it will still last me over 2 months. The powder smells amazing and at first tastes good too. Keep in mind you are drinking ketones and ketones are very bitter and unpleasant. When you swallow the drink mixture that is when the bitter taste comes out. I typically mix 1/2-3/4 of a scoop with 5-6 tbsp of heavy cream and occasionally I add a little bit of cold water to thin out the drink. I noticed a difference with my weight loss the very next day and think that this is a great product as long as you don't mind the 20 seconds of bad taste left in your mouth after you swallow. I personally read a lot of reviews before buying this product and chose this flavor based off those reviews. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the size is so much smaller than I expected based off of the pictures on amazon. I do feel the effects of prolonged energy and a little pick me up when I am at the gym. I like to drink this product before I go to the library and study for hours on end because I feel a nice constant energy whereas with energy drinks or coffee the caffeine doesn't last me nearly as long and I am less productive during the crash. I don't know if I would purchase this product if it only lasted me 1 month because it is a little bit pricey since I am a college student and my monthly groceries cost about $60.

This is delicious! I'm not sure what people are talking about when they say it tastes bad. I put a half scoop only (because its soooo expensive) in my iced coffee with have cream every morning and it tastes better than it ever did without. I'm not sure its really working and it does upset my stomach. I will have to get some strips to check ketosis and will come back to update. I think I'll probably still only give three stars though because it is WAY WAY WAY OVERPRICED! I can't believe how small the container was when it arrived for almost $60!! Even if it works, and it does taste delicious, I can't justify this kind of price point. This is such a bad business model. You probably get people to buy this once, maybe twice at this price, whereas if you made it more affordable, like double the product (an actual month's supply) you'd have customer's for life! Drop the price and I will buy again for sure!

I’ve been using this product for a few months. Flavors: I tried chocolate first. It’s good in a chocolate smoothie. Then I went with Vanilla bc it goes with both matcha green tea and with any smoothie flavor. I started using it at bedtime with a very tart BCAA powder (strawberry lemonade) which is a great combo. I like to make that one with soda water, like a keto cocktail. It works for hunger control and energy. I’ve only been using about a half scoop/drink, usually twice per day. Tested measuring ketones: I had not tested my ketones bc being in ketosis was not my goal. Today, I had eaten very little over the past 24 h, so I decided to test. Ketones were 0.3 40 min Post drink (3/4 scoop): ketones 0.2 I was disappointed & I can’t explain it. Did not eat or do exercise during the 40 min. Maybe you have to be more in ketosis. Maybe it’s bc I was sick the day prior. Price: You can get the ketones the military uses for only $117 for 6 servings. So, “expensive” is relative.

To be honest, for the price I was expecting a much larger container. Yes I read the description but didn’t actively think about how small of an amount 6.7 ounces is. Yes that’s on me. But to get this tiny container in the package for $45 had me immediately go to return it for a refund. However, I guess since it’s technically food, it’s not returnable. Understandable. I’ll just chalk this up as an important lesson in reading the description better. But upon opening and seeing that the already tiny container is not even halfway full? That’s just adding insult to injury. Yes I understand that 6.7 ounces is 6.7 ounces and that settling takes place in shipping. Ugh. It’s just a slap in the face of how much product you actually get compared to the price. I will NOT be making this mistake again. Edit: this review was posted before I tried the product. After actually adding it to my morning coffee, I can fully say that it tastes awful. I’m very sensitive to artificial sweeteners and this product is recommended as one scoop = full serving. It’s so sweet that I want to add only like 1/4 scoop, but then you don’t get the benefits of the product, so what would be the point? Ugh. Greatly disappointed all the way around.
