Hold 440 lbs walking cane
Yesterday, I received that walking cane and I assembled it. Afterward, I test its handle light with two Energizer batteries in and it was ok. Also, I test that cane with light on and light was Ok. After receiving this cane, I changed its tip to self standing tip, but it was not stable enough to stand up. So, I ordered a Viva 4.75 inches diameter tip and I wait for it till Sunday or Monday. That Viva tip is very stable and durable, but little overpriced. I accepted that for my safety due to balance problems. Otherwise, I have another one similar to my new cane and it has Viva durable tip and no problems with balance. It keeps me on feet without swaying. Update: I received the Viva durable tip and I changed tip. After I put this durable tip, my cane finally got stable with standing up. I love this cane. Update, I did change this cane's tip to Viva durable tip and good stability while walking. But I left my cane self standing while I ate my meal in the fast food service. It fell and its handle light nearly got broken and I put batteries back to the handle and turned on--then fine. Lucky. I compare with two canes of different brands--one copper cane being fine with same Viva tip while red cane fell. Yes, this red cane is foldable--leads falling so I put it leaning against the chair or the wall anywhere I go. Be careful with the handle light. Update, my favorite cane lost its light, batteries and spring by falling in public area. I am disappointed, but I keep my cane as long as I need. However, I will use a led flashlight and holder soon as possible. It is my favorite one.

Good cane. Trash flashlight
This cane is good for what it is. But the flashlight is trash. At best it may last a month if your lucky. I can see if it was just one unit. But I have three of these canes in different colors. And none of the flashlights work.

You're very efficient walking cane
Very sturdy.\n Looks exactly as picture is shown. The grip handle is very helpful. So when you need to lift yourself up and definitely will hold a heavy person. The light is my guideway at night. And it folds easily, so i can remove out of other people's way.I love it you will too

Decent and sturdy, but with a couple gripes
I have to walk with two canes due to mobility issues, so I purchased two of these. As a cane, it does really well. It's sturdy. The rubberized grips are comfortable and stylish. The second handle was something I didn't realize I would appreciate as much as I do. I have a hard time getting up from seats that are too low to the ground, and having the second handle at a lower level to push off of takes a lot of pressure off of my shoulders, and reduces pain. From that aspect, it's a game changer! My gripes? I have mainly two. First, the foldable joint is annoyingly noisy. The tubes are straight on both sides, and are held in place with a push button lock. Because these tubes are straight, and not tapered, they are essentially floating, and rattle with every step. Not a major problem. You kind of expect there to be some noise with folding canes. My bigger gripe is the flashlight. They work great, don't get me wrong. I chose these for the convenience of having a light source no matter where I go. The problem is, every time I accidentally drop a cane, the head of the flashlight shoots out of the hand grip, and I have to hunt it down and reassemble it. The first time it happened, I was surprised to see that it was just pressed into a hole in the hand grip, and not threaded. Also, instead of being a full metal tube (like a flashlight), there is a spring inside that is used for conductivity, but also serves to increase the likelihood that the bulb will be ejected. The second time it happened, it wasn't even when I dropped it. It was a few minutes after a drop, and the thing just shot out on it's own. Overall, great product, just needs a few modifications.

Love it
Have been using for 5 months at 330lbs with no issues. I took off the flip down handle because it kept sliding down the cane and pushing the button to collapse the cane. Flashlight is still working even though I've dropped the cane many times.

Sturdy cane but light in handle not too robust.
Received mine June 15th. It’s July 3rd and I’ve been pleased with its value. However yesterday the light in the handle failed. I replaced the battery with a new one but still no light. When I decided on this model I wasn’t too interested the need for a light but once I had it I found it very useful. But now it’s broke and appears unfixable. It may have had a warranty but I failed to see it in the packaging. So be aware.

It’s a quality product and very strong and light
The cane arrived today and I couldn’t be happier. It’s everything that they claimed it would be. I recommend it to anyone that needs a cane. I am one happy customer. Thank you!!!

Warning Beware of Malfunction
Purchased this cane in March of this year as I need a quality, sturdy cane for around the house, up and down stairs as well as daily activities away from home. It HASN’T even lasted a year! First glitch came in August. Was going up the stairs to my second floor when the lower half gave way. It just came out of the bottom section! Fortunately, as I move so slow I was able to catch myself and not fall down the stairs. When I sat down to look at it I could not make sense of what happened. There is a bungee? of sorts inside as can be seen in the first and fourth photos. Where it belongs and what it should be attached too is not evident. I stuck it in the tube and proceeded to continue to use it. However, it had a distinct bend in that area whenever any amount of pressure was placed on it! I am at least 80lbs under the weight limit claimed for this cane but was terrified it was going to snap in half. After it occurred at least a dozen more times my husband took his trusty tape and bandaged it for more security. (Photo 4 - silver tape) I continued to use the cane for another two months when I felt the handle give way on one end as I exited my home. Luckily I had become so attuned to possible failures that I once again was able to catch myself. I proceeded to use it for a few more weeks ( I wasn’t about to give up on something just 6-8 months old) but the last straw came when I got up from the chair one evening and the entire handle ( pic 2 & 3) broke off! Out in the garbage it went and I’m sad I wasted my money on this inferior product. The only reason it gets 2 stars is that I liked the secondary handle below the first. Not usable for daily walking but was a nice boost when needed to get up and down. I took that off and attached it to my temporary drug store cane. Never used the flashlight so I can’t speak to its durability or usefulness.
