The item itself was excellent but the packaging was horrible. The item was broken. I think it should have been package differentlymto keep from damaging the product.

When I did received it one of the feathers had gotten scratched

Arrived with a piece broken off.
Not worth the time dealing with return or the seller as I am sure this is a common complaint. The umbrella is attached to the rest of the sign by a piece of basswood - press board about the size of a toothpick. Hung it up anyway and hot glued it all back together. It’s ok but really the umbrella connection isn’t likely to withstand the rigors of shipping.
