I love this stuff. I got it because it’s vegan friendly, which is really hard to find. It’s thick enough to line my cup for iced coffee, and there’s no weird aftertaste. Sugar free is just an added bonus.

Ok, I did NOT expect to love this as much as I do! I recently had weight-loss surgery and part of my approved foods is Greek yogurt. I hate Greek yogurt. The texture and taste are the worst. I got this sugar-free sauce to put in the yogurt to make it edible and it's made such a difference! Granted, I put A LOT in it. But after it's all mixed up, I have to stop myself from eating the entire yogurt cup. I now prefer the Greek yogurt over other approved foods. This caramel sauce has saved my post surgery meal plan.

This review is honest and straightforward. This stuff is the best. It does not taste Sugar Free. It tastes sugar-full. Sometimes I can taste the sugar freeness in a product. I’m sure you know what I mean. No way, not this. Right now I’m loving this with my Granny Smith green apples. It’s fresh tasting. Squeezes out easily. No clumping or clogging. Has the same consistency as most caramel toppings. If you like the taste of caramel-go for it. I purchased one, then ordered 2 more. So worth every penny.

I love these sugar free sauces for iced coffees. However, this is second order that arrived with the lids cracked. The product is still sealed so I can still use but they really should be wrapped in bubble wrap.

As a Type 1 diabetic, I have noticed that I personally need to take a couple of units of insulin when I use this caramel syrup. That's not a huge amount, but it's worth mentioning because I normally don't need any insulin for the Jordan's Skinny Caramel Syrup, which has been my favorite. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find that one in stock on Amazon or at Walmart, so I decided to try this instead. The good news is that this syrup is absolutely delicious! It's much thicker and richer than Jordan's, and the flavor is excellent. I'm giving it 4 stars only because it does seem to affect my blood sugar slightly, requiring a small insulin dose. Everyone's body responds differently, so this is just my personal experience as someone with Type 1 diabetes. If you're using it for keto or if you have Type 2 diabetes, I wouldn't expect my experience to necessarily apply to you.

The taste is sooo close to the real thing, I can't even believe it's low calorie. Definitely worth having in everyone's cabinet.
