ST6 - draws you in...
Rookie author J.L. Narmi makes a splash in the desert with his work Seal Team 6, bin Laden and Beyond. Narmi's style strikes a good balance between a Clancyesque techno novel and a Ludlumish suspense thriller. He has just enough of the military lingo/facts/figures to be realistic but does not get so bogged down in the technology that he misses the story. Even with a large cast, Narmi is able to develop his leads into everyday believable characters - characters that could have been the guys you sat next to in study hall. Narmi's characters have and share their real emotions, which adds a profound sense of being in the middle of the action for the reader. You can't escape the grit of the mission and nearly feel the bullets whizzing by you during the captivating battle scenes. The real question is where does Narmi go from here? He has set up ST6 and its leader, Geno, to be quick deployed wherever America is in trouble. Will Geno and the team respond with the zeal of the first book? Will we learn the back-story of team members? Future missions will challenge the author's imagination to create storylines that captivate you while retaining the realism that made Seal Team 6, bin Laden and Beyond a good read.

Seal team Six
I find all books written about Seal Team Six very exciting especially the book Titled "No Easy Day". This team of men are very heoric and selfless in protcting the freedoms of the American People. They are never given the credit they deserve by our political government, especially the President of the United States. They deserve the credit they have earned. Being rtired by the military myself I see so many times the higher management get all the credit and not the men who perform the actual mission. These are the men we need to recognize the feets they have accomplsihed. Our Government wanted to bring Bin Laden to trial which would of cost the American Tax Payer thousands of dollars just for the trail and a $1.50 bullet was allot cheaper for justics sake. Job Well Done Team Team Six, I am so proud of all you men!!!

Seal Team 6: bin Laden and Beyond
You won't be able to put this book down once started! From the first sentence, author Jon Narmi captures your attention and doesn't release it until peace has been attained in the Mid East, or has it? An easy-to-read book, it skillfully takes the reader along for the ride with Geno Genelli, leader of Seal Team 6, and their missions in Saudi Arabia and Iran, after taking out bin Laden. The author lays out the historical, geographical, political, religious, and cultural challenges of the region, as the Navy Seals carry out their covert and riveting operations, always finely tuned and well executed. But when assigned a mission in conjunction with CIA agent,Vasu, and other less-than-skilled agents, the team narrowly escapes from the mountains of Iran, momentarily leaving the United States Secretary of State in a "diplomacy hell-hole".

Excellent Read - Amazing Predictions
JL Narmi has hit a home run with his debut novel. He takes the reader on an exciting journey while mixing in current events and real world geopolitics. The amazing part is his predictions are coming true and his book is a must read for anyone interested in our armed forces and the current state of the world. The fact that the profits go to charity only sweetens the deal. Here's to hoping we see a second novel from JL Narmi!
