Seems to make a difference
I like this product and seems to make me more alert after taking it. Will buy again. Tablet size is good and didn't mind the mushroom taste of the tablets. I had no adverse reaction to the tablets

Shocked but surprised the best supplement
I thought they were no good but kept on taking them then wow!!! on my fifth day woke up with a lot of energy and I mean a lot the around the tenth day slept all the way through can not remember in years the last time I slept through in fact I didn't wake up untill 10 never done that since I was a teenager and the brain fog and forgetfulness halved don't forget where I've put things anymore or appointments my point is don't give up on them my god they have actually giving me a brand new lease of live will be stocking up can not do without them

Life changing
I started using these late last year as I'm in my late 50s and wanted something for brain fog and just general well being and I can honestly say these have changed my life. The brain fog has gone completely, I don't have an over inflated tummy any more and also I have bad hayfever which usually starts in March thru to September and this year I only had a problem with the grass pollen. Because the brain fog has gone I genuinely have more clarity with day to day tasks etc. They may not work for everyone but they have been an absolute game changer for me and cheap too which is an added bonus

Not easy to swallow
I didn’t like it. Not easy to swallow for me. It sits on the stomach. Never again.

Very pleased with what I received, but I can’t say if it’s made a huge difference yet as I’ve only been taken for 7 days feel I need longer to be able to judge whether it’s made a difference to me.

Am I supposed to notice a difference?
I think the placebo effect is pretty evident in reviews here. The only effect I can thick off is im sleeping worse at night's. Which ill put down to the hot weather rather than this snake oil. Unless, and stay with me here, unless my consumption of these are causing the unnaturally hot weather. The heat wave came about a week or so after I started taking them. Im cynical at the best of times, but it cant be a coincidence. For the greater good of us all here, I better keep taking them. Just in case. You can thank me all for the incredible sunshine by upcoming this review
