Anyone who has to use a silver wound gel, because of an allergy to or desire to avoid antibiotic topicals, knows that the Silver gels are not viscose enough to not come flying out of the tubes when squeezed or held top down. This pump can eliminates the wastage and the mess. Fantastic! Otherwise the gel performs as expected, prevents infection in all my scrapes and small cuts (farm life, sigh), and helps heal the wounds that didn't get treated before infection set in (again, farm life, sigh). 10/10 recommend.

I purchased this for my husband who has a tracheostomy and needed something that wasn't a steroid to apply to his skin around the trach to prevent pain, irritation and infection. This stuff works perfectly, no side effects, keeps his skin healthy, and clean. He has been using it for a year and it still works great. My only complaint is that you have to put your finger in the container or use a q-tip to get the ointment out. Small inconvenience though for a great wound care product. I have actually used it on my face when I have allergic reactions or breakouts to other products and it helps clear my face too.
