Used it for 2 sessions. deadlifts and front squat. Ripped at the join, very disappointed. Bear Komplex are being pushed as a top brand but this product seems cheap in material. size and dimensions are ideal so really is disappointing.

Good fit with strong velcro fastening, but the belt ripped after only moderate use.

Ripped after two sessions
I have used my belt two times and it is just ripped. Unfortunately I am out of my 30 days to return it due to my flu.Very disappointed, I found this belt good for first time and then it ripped on the second use. I do not recommend it to buy.

Best Belt I’ve Used
Love this belt. Comfy, easy on and off, easy to loosen between sets. Perfect width for my shorter torso, doesn’t dig in anywhere. Highly recommend!
