Got it to add to my cooked food , but find it works best and makes plain canned baby Limas and quartered artichoke hearts extra wonderful.

Unfortunately, this product doesn't even smell like it has lime. It only taste like oil.

This was new too us as we hadn't tried avocado oil before- great flavor and the hint of creamy garlic taste is a bonus! Smooth and buttery, great for cooking. Would buy again!

A product of Mexico this non-GMO avocado oil is infused with garlic extract. The avocado oil has a buttery flavor and these things are subjective but the garlic while present does not overpower the flavor. A good choice for salad dressings, marinades and since the oil has a high heat point of 500F degrees it is a good choice for stir fries, sautéing and when roasting vegetables. The 8.4 ounce dark glass bottle will help keep damaging light away from the oil keeping it fresh for as long as possible. To estimate shelf-life at the time of this review in July 2023 the Best Before date is 15 months in the future but dates will vary. Delicious.
