Not what it seems.
A bit fiddley. No bell only a small squeak when squeezed. To turn on the light, you have to pull out the rubber base, press the 'bulb' and re-insert into the body. You have to perform this to turn off every time.1pr 'sunglasses' missing.

Cheap and not so cheerful!
Item come sin several pieces that you have to put together, there is no way they will stay attached with any wind. I had to return the product.
