My cat is incredibly picky about the water he drinks, which is why I purchased this fountain. Eas of cleaning was the second reason because my cat will just turn up his nose at it if it smells wrong. I clean it weekly just to keep it clean and fresh for him. He seems to be getting more liquid more consistently than without. I filled it up and then sat it down beside me. It took him a minute to find it and figure out how not to get water up his nose but he quickly warmed to it. It's very quiet. It sounds like a water sound machine. It's actually lovely. I compared it with a number of other metal fountains and found it to be the most reasonablely priced. It is very easy to replace it's 2 filters. And replacement filters are very reasonably priced as well. The fountain comes with 5 or 6 filters with shipment.

I got this fountain for my cat to help encourage her to drink more water, and it has worked great. I also liked that it’s stainless steel, which I’ve read is one of the cleanest and most hygienic options for pet fountains. Setup took less than five minutes, and everything was very straightforward. It’s also really easy to clean. I give it a full clean every two weeks, and it’s a breeze. The filters are simple to replace as well. Best of all, my cat is drinking way more water than before, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, it’s a great fountain that’s easy to maintain and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

It was silent when I first installed it and ran super smooth. The cats took to it quickly and it’s pretty easy to clean. Clean it weekly though and keep it full! A sliminess builds up otherwise and if it’s not filled enough, you’ll start to hear it a bit. The filters can last a little longer than described FYI but I fear the motor on mine may be going out as it’s making more noise and slowing down a bit. Overall, both my cats and I are pleased. Edit 03/2026: the motor is fine just needed deep cleaning and it’s running well again!

Great buy stainless steel fountains are better than the plastic fountains because of the germs and bacteria that clings to them- this is great love the light to tell when water is low and it’s alot easier to change filter noticed that the used filter from this was a lot cleaner than the ones I had used on my plastic fountain really glad I had heard about the difference between the two and got this my cats love it and drink alot more since I changed plus this one doesn’t over flow when filling definitely a great buy

I can’t use this water fountain as it slimed up every other day and my pets will not drink from it I have another one that doesn’t do that I am very happy with

i was really excited about this water tank because it flashes red when you're low on water... or so i thought. after like 2 times it stopped flashing red when water was low which is kinda annoying. but functionally it works, and its quiet and gets my cat water... i just wish the red light was flashing still :P

Overall I am happy with this fountain. My kitten took to it quickly and drinks from it regularly. Good value for the money. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the motor is very noisy. I had to move it to another room because the humming of the motor is so loud. Maybe I got a dud motor, I'm not sure. The motor works great, it is just loud. Other than the noisy motor, it feels like a good quality fountain and I love the stainless steel construction. It is easy to clean and easy to assemble.

I have had this for a while now It only gets loud when it needs water. There's a flashing red light for when it REALLY needs water. I clean it when it needs it, thats like very few days. You can tell cause the water flow will slow down. My cat wont drink from a bowl now either. Mr. Beastie loves his fountain!
