Abercrombie & FitchAuthentic Self Women Eau de Parfum 100ml

Oh this is so good...I've been looking for the best lemon floral fragrance for years but a lot smell like kitchen cleaner, too masculine or don't last more than an hour.None of these issues with this beaut, its sparkling, knock your socks off lemon blasts at first spray which then blends into a modern floral, sweet but not cloying vanilla and lemon woodiness - utterly delicious.Longevity is moderate, around 4 hours, but I can get longer using a lemon roller oil and/or body butter.Lovely heavy bottle with a cool magnetic top and brilliant yellow colour!10/10 for me, love it.

I normally love A&F fragrances, as they are bold and last. This is such a weak fragrance, and is gone within 1/2 an hour of spraying. I won’t be buying again.

This perfume is meant for women but the fragrance is very unisex in my opinion as it is not too feminine. It is fresh and strong and has undertones of herbal woodsy smells. Not too sweet. Average in terms of how long it lasts on the skin.

The heavy presentation bottle is a gorgeous shade of sunny yellow, topped with a matching magnetic close, metal-type cap, with the raised A & F logo in white on a cork-like label to the front. It is evident the next morning as a light musky scent.A bonus for me is that the colour matches my vanity case from yesteryear, en suite towels & make up bag, so it all looks very planned!The bottle nestles in a lined, cellophane-type wrapped, same coloured cardboard box measuring around 8 cm x 6.25 cm x 13 cm. Inside, on the base paper, there is a ring of yellow, so I would recommend standing the bottle on a coaster, just in case of transfer.4 images attached

An interesting new offering from Abercombie & Fitch. Provided in the usual outer protective cardboard box, the mustard-yellow bottle with its simple, elegant cork label with its raised print immediately stand out, without necessarily appearing lurid, as can sometimes be the case. The magnetic top is an excellent idea -practical in keeping it in place, but also providing an audible 'snap' as it fixes into place. Like the raised print on the cork label -a very nice touch indeed. The spray itself is a standard, good quality type, so no issues on that front.As an eau de parfum, longevity here is good. The scent is marketed as a floral and wood type, and it's all that, but possibly a little more: I get distinct tropical fruit too, with the floral as a top note, and the wood adding a gently spicy, slightly musky base, without becoming overpowering. The entire fragrence is well-balanced and well-judged in fact, suitable for year-round use, but perhaps best viewed as a late-summer, autumn & winter offering, where the depth suits the mood of the seasons. A very good release indeed and well worth considering -it definitely comes recommended.

The Abercrombie & Fitch Authentic Self Eau de Parfum arrived in a sealed box, the box is nicely branded and is eye catching summer yellow in colour, the bottle is of a similar design as the box in terms of colour and the use of cork, the cap is magnetic and is easy to remove to reveal the spray nozzle.When applied the top notes are of a blast of Lemon zest followed by floral Jasmine, the lingering scents are of Cedar-wood throughout the day, I like the fresh scent and it does linger around for around 4-6 hours if applied to pulse points on the neck and wrists, I also apply a light spray in the air and walk into it.Overall, I like the bottle design, reasonably priced for a 100ml bottle of Eau de Parfum, a nice fresh smelling scent with a nice woody base, a summer scent with a summer vibe, perfect for a summer evening, thank you.
