Funktioniert zuverlässig und schnell
Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es tatsächlich funktioniert, obwohl ich nicht glaube, dass ein "totales" Vakuum erzeugt wird, denke aber, dass die Oxidation durch kaum vorhandenen Sauerstoff effektiv gestoppt wird. Das "Vakuum" ist schnell erzeugt, die Pumpe meldet mit einem Klick, dass man aufhören kann zu pumpen. Das "Vakuum" bleibt auch über längere Zeiträume (3 Wochen getestet) erhalten. Das kann man zum einen mit der Pumpe testen, zum anderen hört man den typischen Unterdruck beim entfernen des Stopfens. Ich nutze die Stopfen u.a. auch für Whiskyflaschen
