The lower price bothered me - but I gave them a shot. It arrived on time, professionally packaged outside and inside. HP could not have done better. Extra parts were unexpectedly included; all worn rollers could be replaced - they even included the tool. Best of all, clear, concise instrutions were included to make the installation quick and tight. Very well done! U P D A T E: I spoke too soon. After about 300 pages, the belt began making noise. It still prints, but it may damage the printer. I ordered another one which seemed to be from a different company, but it was the same one: USA Printer Company. It was even noisier and would not work at all. It has multiple replacement parts of different colors, hand-made decals, etc. It has been returned, I've ordered another from someone else. ALSO, the return/refund policy of this company is convoluted. I may or may not get my money back from these two defective units.
