Do Your Homework
Unit requires a 60Amp 110V Breaker. Not easy to find. but available online from (simplybreakers.com). This will support a run through #6 awg wire, and hard wired to a box near the unit. The color-coded wires are not standard USA colors. The Brown is the Hot, The Blue is the Neutral, The Green/Yellow is Ground. This took me awhile to find out and might be on the small very un-informative description sheet that came with the unit. I don't remember but I misplaced that paper by the time I went to install the unit. The unit works well enough for washing your hands or cleaning a paintbrush, but it's small size and load guzzling electric requirements make me doubtful that it would even support a washing machine, and after a test, NO it will not. You can wash your hands and that is it. With the hot water on just less than half open, that is all the water it can heat.

I use this just for the shower of my apartment and it has been a total success.

Hot water faster
I was tired of waiting 5 minutes for warm water to wash my face. While it was a bit hard to get the needed power under the sink it is well worth it: quicker warm water, less wasted water!

Didn’t last long
It worked well while it worked. Bought and installed the end of August. It quit today Nov. 13, so didn’t last a full 3 months. Also it wasn’t used , but for a couple of hours about 2 days a week, so it definitely was not over worked.

Great item
Love this little heater. Works great for two people, stays under 120V, doesn't trip our breaker, uses minimal power.

Great little tank
This is a great little tank for a camper! I wouldn’t recommend for home. It’s easy to assemble and fit perfectly in my motor home! Well made item!

Well it seemed like a good deal
It would not get very hot and after using for maybe 6 months it started to catch fire and good thing I was home, apparently it’s not for every day use, wouldn’t buy again.
