USEFUL
This is an OK book with lots of useful information. The grammar is a bit odd so maybe been translated into English, and it's a bit repetitive, but I'll be using it.

so good I will buy the hard cover book
I have had diabetes for over a decade. I learned so much from this book. I would recommend for people with or WITHOUT diabetes. Must buy book. This is a no nonsense book and is packed full of valuable information.

It has good information.
It has some good information but it’s not complete. I’m a Canadian resident and found it is missing regular foods available here. The book talks about the low GI, moderate, but only a little about high GI. It gives a GI number but some food items have a low number, some have a high number and are listed as a low GI. It needs to have a glycemic index scale to help explain the GI information it gives for each food. It doesn’t explain how the GI number affects your diabetes. On the cover of the book it says it has a 21 day yummy meal plans, I didn’t find that anywhere, and no practical exercises either, just talks about the benefits of daily exercising.
