I think it raises your body temp...
What is in this Stuff? I started to drink it 5 minutes before heading to gym which is 5 minutes away, continued to take sips throughout workout. Near the end of 35 minute workout a bead of sweat formed. I feel like it raised my body temp, I usually don't have beads of sweat forming after the gym but this stuff has my body temp raised. Walked my dogs and was still sweating, not complaining just not a usual thing for me. Next time I'll drink 30 minutes before lifting, taste is ok, a lil bitter.

Great pre workout
This is a great pre workout. I got the country time lemonade flavor, and it is the best tasting pre workout I’ve ever tried. It does take quite a bit of shaking to get it fully dissolved, but it does dissolve completely without leaving a bunch of powder in the bottom. Gives great energy for a good workout. It does give me some of the itchy sensation that a lot of pre workouts cause, but it’s not as bad as some others I’ve tried. Overall, I love this pre workout and I will definitely buy it again.

Very good pre workout
Best tasting flavor out of the line up. Doesn’t make you throw up give consistent energy throughout the workout and dissolves perfectly in water and leaves no chunks. It’s medium price compared to other products but it’s worth it for the taste. Only issue is that when it’s dry scooped it starts fizzing up in your mouth.

Deliciously focused
If you want a refreshing delicious lemonade that allows you to stay focused and has a little bit of the fun face itchies then this is the pre for you. I started by just half scooping because the caffeine content is really high, however bumped up pretty quickly.

Flavor profile is just meh
I love Ryse products but the flavor profile on the country time lemonade misses the mark. Sunny D is fantastic. All the other ones I have tried have have been great but this one is just meh.
