I find this whitening paste an easy and effective addition to my regular teeth brushing routine. The taste is pleasant. Years of smoking and drinking and poor oral healthcare so I'm coming at it from all different angles now that I've been quit smoking over two years and been using this toothpaste along with their other whitening products. This I could see the difference after just one use which is wonderful. Tastes better than I thought too! Would recommend. Definitely Clears Up Stains
