Great glove for a 9-year-old, requires a little bit of break in.

Great youth glove.
The quality of this glove is outstanding. For a youth glove they really do make great quality gloves that are not overly expensive. I would recommend this glove to any young player just starting out or depending on hand size a great infield glove to start with. It was somewhat stiff out of the box, but I used leather conditioner and maybe some mallet work on that hinge and it is game ready the same day. I definitely would advise using a leather conditioner first and let that dry for 24 hours before using though as the glove was super dry out of the box and get the laces really good. Both of my kids have this glove, and they like it a lot.

Mi hijo de 5 años la utiliza súper bien. Importante antes de utilizarla hay que hacer la técnica de amarrarla y dejarla apretada por unos días. Para que afloje bien y no les sea difícil apañar.

The glove is 90% broken in from the factory
The glove is 90% broken in from the factory. My son and I were able to break it in the rest of the way by forming a shallow pocket for the ball and playing catch.

Good glove
My son really liked this glove. Unfortunately in the middle of a game the lace broke. We hadn’t even had the glove for a year. Second Mizuno glove where that has happened.

Great fit! Break in a little more then expected for 10u
Great glove! Would say for an adult 80 percent break in is accurate but for a youth player it’s more like 50-60 percent. It did break in pretty quick after about six weeks and my son really likes the feel of it!

El guante es bueno, de piel, ya le cambié los cordones, se rompió uno y mi hijo quiso que ahora fueran azules y le coloque cordones azules , pero solo ese es el detalle los cordones, son creo sintéticos, y no duraron mucho, pero en cualquier liga, habrá personas q se los cambien. Es lo de meno
