Great quality. Very similar to original tubing. Perhaps a little more flexible than the original. Easy to replace after a quick video online showing how to do it!

Replacement tubing
I had a Welch Allyn Harvey triple head stethoscope and after 12 years the tubing cracked. Got this as a replacement and getting it on was quite easy. The sound quality appears good but I have not used it on patients yet. Mine was the burgundy color tubing. I have now used it for 2-3 weeks and sound quality appears to be pretty good. Good enough that I am glad I did not buy a new stethoscope.
