I've been finding mislabled products on amazon. what plant is this made from, not "ube" the real scientific name. is it listed on the bottle?

I don't see actual Ube in the ingredients. This is artificial flavoring.

Does this need to be put in the refrigerator after opening?

No, it's OK to store your open bottle in your pantry.

Why didn’t I get the magnet?

Could you check your order to see which seller you bought it from? It should show in very small font on your order. If it's from us Tasty Kitchen then we forgot to include it. Please contact us through your order so we take care of it. This section is for anyone who has questions about the product which can be answered by anyone including buyers who bought this item. Sellers do not monitor this section!

Does this product stain your teeth?

Not if you added it on your recipe! Sometimes it stained your finger but it’s washable
