The tip cone (bottom of the pipette) is made of PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride or polyvinylidene difluoride), which has good resistance to solvents, acids and bases. The organic solvents you mentioned will swell the material to some extent.

Do these pipettes fit rainin lts tips?

These micropipettes accept any universal-sized pipette tips, but I'm not sure if Rainin LTS tips are universal sized.
