Device has already been registered, so we can’t access device
I contacted Fortinet to let them know the issue but they said they can’t do anything unless the original owner contacts them to transfer ownership to us. I contacted the seller to let them know the issue we’re facing registering the device. Seller keeps coming up with different excuses, like they are not in contacted with the original owner blablabla. After too many back and forth, they said we should give them sometime to get it sorted.
