Does the job smoothly and love this color

Bought this for my trip to europe and this is one of the few straightners I was able to find that had wider plates for thicker hair. Had no issues working with my us to euro adapter plug. It automatically changes to celsius when you use it abroad. It's not the greatest straightener, but it got the job done and didn't blow up when I used it in Europe.

Nice straightener, doesn’t seem to get as hot as the temperature says but it’s ok

I really like this flat iron, a lot! I’ve tried quite a few flat irons and this one is only the second one I’ve really loved and would consider a favorite. It has a nice wide plate surface but still has room at the edges so you can get close to the roots but don’t easily burn your scalp. Plus it has a touch pad at the tip so you can clamp down to help twist it for a little added curl, but won’t burn your fingers either. It’s easy to grip and hold and squeeze on the hair to straighten. It heats up in seconds and you can see the heat as it rises in the display panel. Mine was set to Celsius initially but I eventually realized you can switch it to Fahrenheit. I have not had any issues with hair pulling/tugging or getting tangled in the flat iron. It glides through my hair perfectly, smoothly and leaves a nice flat appearance with no frizzing. The look holds up throughout the day too! I like the 360° swivel cord and it has a nice locking function as well. Both great added features. The one improvement I would say it could use is to include a way to wrap and secure the cord when you’re done using it. At the time of my review it’s priced at $25.27 and that’s really a fantastic price for a hair iron that works this well. Hopefully it will last a long time because this is a super great flat iron. I would have zero reservations about recommending it.

This is great! Not only did it heat up in about 15 seconds, but the exterior part doesn't get crazy hot to the touch! The ends have this soft ridges to hold on to and they stay absolutely cool! The on/off button and the temp control are on the inside so it is very nice that when you are holding your iron you don't accidentally turn it off or change the temp like others, it also has a handy lock feature; the only thing is that the instructions have a completely different iron on the picture, but works the same. It also did a great job straighting my hair (I do have soft wavy hair) I love this for my teen daughter or my Mom, it is great for safety purposes and it is very well priced, I absolutely recommend this!

I got this for my daughter who often would leave our more expensive iron on, resulting in danger and burn marks wherever she left it because it has no timer feature. This one does, however I didn't realize its shortest time is an hour - plenty enough to also burn things. And she & my wife both insist that it doesn't heat as evenly as their more expensive brand so they're too stuck-up to use it, but my younger daughter likes it just fine AND it means they don't have to fight about who left it where.
