Not good at all
The media could not be loaded. I’ve ordered these from the manufacturer site and they’re always PERFECT. I get them from here and BAAM! I’m covering my customers’ Açaí Bowls with plastic wrap because the lids are all damaged. How do I go about getting a refund??

Not buying the 18oz part
The product is great. I was worried of having too big of a bowl and wanted to limit selling 16oz in an 18oz bowl of mixed salad greens. When I weighed it out on a food scale literally only 5oz could fit jam packed in this bowl. 18 oz… that’s a big exaggeration to cover for the cost of purchase. The bowls are great but selling mini salad bowls isn’t so much of a thing. It’s more like the size of an ice cream sundae.
